The 6th Call Center Tech Summit was once again met with great interest and huge demand, showing its importance in the contact center and customer experience industry. The summit drew great attention, with prominent industry names attending and speaking on technological and sectoral developments.
The 6th Call Center Tech Summit was held on the Harvard Business Review platform on the 20th of October 2020. 6 different speakers made presentations, while more than 650 attendants from 320 different companies gathered to listen to them discuss the latest news on the future of the industry.
